Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without first contacting us and obtaining approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is incomplete

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Sale or clearance items may only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the replacement item.


Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, together with proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products, including personalised items and perishable goods, may be exempt from cancellation rights.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
